Fees reflect the time, focus, and structure of each engagement. The right starting point depends on what you want to explore and the support you need.
Individual Coaching
C$275
75-minute session
Individual coaching offers dedicated space to explore the patterns, perspectives, and responses that shape your experiences. Together, we clarify what matters to you, examine what's getting in the way, and explore possibilities for moving forward.
Each session is collaborative and shaped around an agreed focus. You don't need to arrive with all the answers. The purpose is to develop greater self-understanding, expand your perspective, and make choices that reflect what matters to you.
YOUR FIRST STEP
We begin with an initial conversation to explore your goals, discuss expectations, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit. If we decide to proceed, the session arrangements and applicable terms will be confirmed before coaching begins.
Executive Coaching & Consulting
Executive coaching and consulting create space to examine complex challenges, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and approach decisions with greater clarity. Our work may focus on leadership presence, communication, decision-making, navigating difficult conversations, team dynamics, or broader business challenges.
Every engagement is tailored to its objectives, context, and scope. Depending on your needs, the work may involve reflective coaching, strategic discussion, problem-solving, or practical tools to support more intentional decisions and effective action.
Engagement & Fees
Fees are determined by the scope of work, objectives, preparation required, and duration of the engagement. Before work begins, we will agree on the proposed services, deliverables, fees, and relevant terms.
Specialized Coaching
Some areas of personal growth call for a more focused conversation. Specialized coaching offers space to explore particular questions, patterns, and experiences with curiosity, care, and without judgment.
Depending on your goals and the scope of the service, topics may include relationship design, empowered dating, body image, sexuality and aging, self-awareness, communication, desire, and personal boundaries.
Finding the Right Approach
We begin by discussing what you want to explore, what you hope to gain from the process, and whether the service is an appropriate fit. The format, availability, fees, and any relevant requirements will be clarified before you decide to proceed.
Professional Scope & Boundaries
Specialized services are offered only within my current training, competence, and professional scope. If your needs call for a different type of support, I will be transparent about that and, where possible, suggest an appropriate direction. Participation is voluntary, and your boundaries and choices remain central to the process.
What Coaching Is — and Isn't
Coaching is a collaborative process built around awareness, exploration, learning, and choice. It offers space to examine the patterns and assumptions that shape how you think, respond, communicate, and relate to others.
Rather than prescribing a single answer, I ask questions, reflect what I notice, and help you consider perspectives and possibilities you may not have explored. Depending on the focus of our work, this may include practical tools, reflection, communication exercises, or gentle attention to your present-moment responses.
The purpose is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. It is to help you develop greater understanding so that your decisions are more intentional and your actions better reflect what matters to you.
WHAT COACHING IS NOT:
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care outside the coach's qualifications and scope. It does not promise a particular emotional, relational, sexual, or professional outcome.
The Coaching Container
Meaningful work requires clarity, mutual respect, and an understanding of the boundaries that make exploration possible.
At Simply Platonic, coaching is a professional, collaborative relationship. We agree on the focus of the work, the expectations for our sessions, and the boundaries that support a respectful working relationship.
CHOICE AND CONSENT
Your participation is voluntary. You may ask questions, express discomfort, decline an exercise, or pause an activity. You are not required to disclose anything you do not wish to share. Consent and comfort are ongoing considerations, not assumptions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTONOMY
Coaching invites active participation, reflection, and a willingness to consider new perspectives. I can offer questions, tools, observations, and support, but I do not make decisions on your behalf or guarantee how other people will respond.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
The coaching relationship is professional and purpose-driven. The services you book determine the scope of our work. Coaching fees do not purchase personal access, physical contact, sexual services, or a particular emotional or relational experience.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Your information will be handled with care and in accordance with the privacy terms explained before coaching begins. Confidentiality has limits, including circumstances where disclosure may be required by law. The applicable agreement will explain these limits and how information is handled.
APPROPRIATE SUPPORT
Coaching is not the right service for every concern. If your needs fall outside my competence or the scope of the service, I may recommend another professional or resource. You may also choose to end the coaching relationship in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Client Agreements & Policies

Before coaching begins, you will have the opportunity to review the relevant terms, ask questions, and decide whether the proposed work is right for you.
Depending on the service, the documents and policies may address:
- Coaching agreement: the service, scope, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Fees and payment: rates, payment timing, and any package terms.
- Cancellation and rescheduling: notice requirements, missed sessions, and applicable fees.
- Privacy and confidentiality: how information is handled and the limits of confidentiality.
- Consent and boundaries: voluntary participation, the right to decline activities, and service-specific boundaries.
- Suitability and referrals: how we determine whether coaching is appropriate and when another professional may be better placed to help.
Applicable agreements will be provided for review and signature before the relevant service begins.
